Over the last 15 years, I’ve seen the industry shift its focus to providing more meaningful support to IP customers, extending beyond the IP benefit.

Each IP claim has a unique story behind. The podcast explores how return-to-work support can be effectively implemented within IP, drawing on a recent case study in which I was personally involved. 

It fills me with pride that I work in an industry where our customers can receive support that is rarely available otherwise. That is why I have stayed in the industry, consulting clients on how to best support their IP customers.
